About the Play: “Abduction to Fairy Tale Land” by Claudia Kumpfe
Sophie loves fairy tales. And she especially loves reading her grandfather’s old fairy tale book—it’s the only memento she has of him since he disappeared without a trace one day.
But suddenly, the fairy-tale book begins to flicker and pulls Sophie, along with her sisters Emilie and Marie, into the fairy-tale world. Waiting for the girls there are none other than the dark forces of Fairy Tale Land: the three witches Askantia, Hechsana, and Abraxio/Abraxia.
But what do they want from the girls? And why are Grandma Holle and Little Red Riding Hood’s grandmother also being kidnapped?
Together with Little Red Riding Hood and Snow White, the three girls gradually uncover the dangerous secret.
