Dream Trails in Slate Country

The Pyrmonter Felsensteig DreamTrail was named “Germany’s Most Beautiful Hiking Trail of 2015.” Stretching about 12 kilometers, it winds along partly steep cliff paths past Pyrmont Castle and the rapids of the Elzbach stream through a floodplain landscape. The highlight at the end of the trail is the waterfall near the Pyrmonter Mühle, which serves refreshments.
