About the group: “Möntenicher Hofnarren” is an amateur theater group based in the picturesque Eifel village of Möntenich. In addition to locals from Möntenich, the ensemble includes “Zoiraaste” (newcomers) as well as performers from surrounding communities. The group is called “Möntenicher Hofnarren” because performances take place exclusively in the courtyard of Rosy & Ernst Loch—in the legendary open-air arena—on the last two weekends of August each year.
